Topeka and Kansas is a wonderful place for an artist – wide open spaces and smaller comfortable cities. I love to paint the wide open spaces but the photos give me a chance to capture the intimate times that happen in an instant.

You ask what I do and why I do it. I work to support my love of art and have been lucky enough to find a job that has a creative atmosphere. The art I do covers fiber, painting and photography…I would probably do better limiting what areas I work in, but I love the challenge of all of them.
